Hello, I recently just made reservations at the Hotel Monte Carlo for September 4th - September 7th, I've never stayed at the Hotel Monte Carlo before but wanted too, account of the location and the rooftop pool. Needless to say after making my reservations, I got a confirmation email, in that email is the following:

[COLOR=Navy][I][SIZE=1][I]Pools and Spa: Hotel is not responsible for closure of pools due to inclement weather or any other unforseen circumstance. Hotel is not responsible for damage to clothing or jewelery worn into any one of the pools or spa. Smaller sized Heated Indoor Pool open daily 10a.m.to 9p.m.; Rooftop Hot Tub & Outdoor Pool open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day 10a.m. to 9 a.m. Daily ![/I],[/SIZE][/I] [/COLOR]

Has anybody stayed there after labor day and the pool was open? I checked the website numerous times and I can't find any mention of the rooftop pool closing labor day weekend unless my eyes are failing me. I called the hotel to confirm and the girl at the front desk and she said it's not open after labor day. They need to state that on their website. More than likely I will be cancelling as this is just ridiculous but I like the location and that they have an outdoor pool. Any suggestions? Please help!
